Stean Shaw LLP was founded in 1983. We specialise in providing claims assistance to our clients and pursuing recovery claims worldwide against third parties responsible for losses suffered by our clients. These claims involve all types of losses to all types of cargo and property, ranging from a few hundred dollars up to several million dollars. We also offer risk management and loss analysis services on the third parties and contractual terms used by our clients in order to minimise their claims exposure and maximise the recovery of their third party losses. Importantly, Stean Shaw LLP acts on a “no win – no fee”(contingency fee) basis. Therefore, if we are not successful in obtaining a recovery for our clients, then we do not charge any fee.
